Bonjour! Ça va?
Hopefully you are très, très bien.
As you can see, I am getting my French on. Pourquoi, I hear you ask?
Because I’m off to le Paris!

Okay, who else is fed up with the gross weather? It’s so bad that, to quote James, ‘outside can do one’.
I hope it’s not too bad wherever you’re reading this, and you have some good wellies to splash around in.
To warm us all up a bit, I thought I’d share some photos from my trip to Rome in September – and remind myself that sunshine DOES exist.
I’m finally getting around to posting some of my Gibraltar photos, and this holiday already feels like a lifetime ago!
I can’t believe how much Gibraltar has been in the news recently, but I’m not about to get into current issues.
Here are some of my favourite shots from my trip, taken on an Olympus OM-30.
I promised a Copenhagen post, and here it is! For our 3rd anniversary, I convinced James that we should leave a very cold, snowy UK and head to a very very cold and not so snowy Copenhagen for 3 nights. This didn’t turn out to be as crazy as it sounds, and armed with a Danish phrasebook, several thousand krone and a Herb Lester guide to the city, we had a fantastic time.
It’s been just over a week since I returned from a wonderful weekend in Madrid with a sore head (note to self: hangovers and plane turbulence do not mix.) – so what better way to rekindle my (albeit quite fresh) memories than with a nice little photoblog?!
So here I am in my new WordPress abode, having tweaked and fiddled with settings to no end. I do have some idea of where this will be going, so bear with me dear future reader!
I’m ready and raring to go with this new part of me, however I think I’ll ease myself in relatively gently with a photoblog from a recent trip to Camp Bestival (a festival held at Lulworth castle in Dorset, UK), and the surrounding Lulworth cove and town of Wareham.
