Tonight myself and James tried our third Slow Cooker Sunday, a Chicken Cacciatore from Skinnytaste.
So far, while I hadn’t been exactly disappointed with our previous efforts (a weak chilli con carne, and a macaroni cheese), this meal made me realise why we’d bought a slow cooker.
